Orders and Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@sidebysidesaccessories.com. Be sure to include photos of the damaged items, and we will help you resolve the issue by offering a refund, replacement, or exchange.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Some items, such as custom parts or final sale products, are non-returnable. For full details, please review our Refund & Returns Policy.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@sidebysidesaccessories.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with return instructions.
Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, or if we provide a return shipping label. If your return qualifies for free return shipping, we will provide a label for you.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the replacement item. If you need help with the exchange process, feel free to contact us.
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Yes, items purchased on sale or with a discount are eligible for return as long as they meet the return conditions outlined in our policy (unused, in original packaging, within 30 days of receipt). If the item does not meet these conditions, it may not be eligible for return.
